Shaftesbury Day Opportunities in Wales is seeking a Part Time Enabling Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults. You will follow individual plans and help with daily tasks to enable a thriving life.

You will assist with personal care, support medication administration, and maintain accurate client records. Sleep-in duties may be required with additional pay of £60 per sleep-in.

• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
