Job summary

Shaftesbury North Wales is recruiting a Part Time Enabling Support Worker to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will maintain accurate records, may administer personal care and medication, and occasionally cover sleep-in sessions.

We operate across Conwy and Denbighshire, offering 24-hour support and strong collaboration with health professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings and ability to follow person-centred plans.
• Records must be kept accurately and in line with service requirements.
• Ability to support with personal care and medication if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement following the person centred plan.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with care teams.
• Be prepared to cover sleep-in sessions with additional pay.
