Job summary

ShaftesburyGroupUK in North Wales is seeking a Part Time Enabling Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care in supported living settings. You will follow the person-centred support plan, maintain records, and may assist with personal care and medication. Sleep-in shifts earn an extra £60.

The role includes working across Conwy and Denbighshire with extensive training, generous leave and a pension scheme. DBS/Access NI checks apply.

Qualifications

• Provide support and encouragement per person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication.
• Sleep-in shifts available with £60 per sleep-in.
• Work across Conwy and Denbighshire with 24-hour support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, responsive support in clients' own homes.
• Collaborate with health professionals as needed to tailor support.
