Shaftesbury is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities in Telford. You will follow the person-centred support plan, support independence and maintain records, with possible medication administration responsibilities.

There is a sleep-in duty paid at £60 per session; the role offers a compassionate work environment with strong training, DBS/Access NI checks, and opportunities to grow in disability services across community

Qualifikationen

• Provide support and encouragement following the person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication as required.
• Sleep-in shifts may be required with additional pay.

Aufgaben

• Support adults with intellectual disabilities to live independently.
• Follow care plans and document progress and any changes.
• Assist with daily living tasks and community participation as needed.
