• Strong, current practical background in commercial, industrial, or domestic electrical installation.
• Teaching credentials welcomed, but not essential; funded to gain on the job.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum delivery: Teach and assess learners across various levels of Electrical Installation programmes, covering both practical skills and technical theory.
• Student progression: Prepare apprentices and full-time learners for industry entry, end-point assessments, and career progression.
• Workshop management: Maintain a safe, compliant, and professional workshop environment adhering to Health & Safety standards.
• Learner support: Monitor student attendance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to build confidence and trade-ready skills.
