Teach Tiny is seeking a Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to join our education team. You will develop relationships with nursery settings and schools, source and attract quality candidates, manage vacancies, and match candidates to opportunities.

You will be confident on the phone with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients. A proactive, organised approach and a passion for delivering great service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with nursery settings, schools and other education providers.
• Develop relationships with candidates, understanding their experience, availability and career goals.
• Make outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients.
• Advertise vacancies and source suitable candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews.
• Match candidates to vacancies and present to clients.
• Manage the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and gathering feedback.
