Teach Tiny is seeking a Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to join our education team. You will develop relationships with nursery settings and schools, source and attract quality candidates, manage vacancies, and match candidates to opportunities.

You will be confident on the phone with excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients. A proactive, organised approach and a passion for delivering great service are essential.

Teach Tiny is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Part‑Time Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about connecting great candidates with the right early years and education settings.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone, has excellent communication skills and can build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and the settings we work with.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing settings, sourcing and attracting quality candidates, managing vacancies and successfully matching candidates to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with nursery settings, schools and other education providers.
• Developing relationships with candidates, understanding their experience, availability and career aspirations.
• Confidently making outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients.
• Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing suitable candidates.
• Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews.
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies and presenting them to clients.
• Managing the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, gathering feedback and securing placements.
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Working towards individual and team recruitment targets.
• Providing an excellent level of customer service and representing the Teach Tiny brand professionally.

Recruitment experience would be beneficial, particularly within education or early years, but personality, confidence and the right attitude are just as important.

Salary & Working Hours

Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (Term time only would be considered)
• 9.00am – 3.00pm
• 30 hours per week

Position: Part‑time, permanent.
