Teach Tiny is seeking a motivated Full-Time Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This 360 role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from attracting candidates to placing them in early years and education settings.

You’ll build lasting relationships with nursery settings and candidates, handle multiple vacancies, and work toward targets while delivering excellent service. Salary £28,000–£30,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from winning vacancies through to placing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nursery settings, schools and other education providers.
• Develop relationships with candidates, understanding their experience, availability and career aspirations.
• Confidently make outbound calls to candidates and prospective clients.
• Advertise vacancies and proactively source suitable candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews.
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies and present them to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and secure placements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Teach Tiny brand professionally.

Teach Tiny is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Full-Time Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting great candidates with the right early years and education settings.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone, has excellent communication skills and can build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and the settings we work with.

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment consultant position, meaning you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing settings, sourcing and attracting quality candidates, managing vacancies and successfully matching candidates to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from winning vacancies through to placing candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with nursery settings, schools and other education providers.

• Providing an excellent level of customer service and representing the Teach Tiny brand professionally.

Recruitment experience would be beneficial, particularly within education or early years, but personality, confidence and the right attitude are just as important.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours

• Term time: 7.00am – 5.00pm
• School holidays: 9.00am – 4.00pm

Position: Full-time, permanent.
