Team Cv ltd are hiring a recruitment consultant to join our agency. The role focuses on finding and qualifying candidates, posting ads, building a candidate database and coordinating interviews, with feedback collection.

You will work toward monthly targets set by the team leader/manager and contribute to a busy recruitment desk in London. The ideal candidate will have excellent work ethic, strong communication skills, and resilience, with good phone and computer abilities.

Responsibilities

• Finding and qualifying candidates using all the tools and resources provided.
• Posting job ads.
• Building a candidate database.
• Arranging candidate interviews, including preparing candidates and collecting feedback.
• Working towards the monthly targets set out and achieving all objectives and targets agreed with the team leader/manager.
