Job summary

Chartwells is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor in Nantwich to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 27.5 hours per week and 43.2 weeks per year.

You will lead kitchens and counters, deliver exceptional food experiences, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and uphold Health & Safety standards. An enhanced DBS check will be required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
