Job summary

Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced Early Years Lecturer to join a well-established college in the Northeast of England on a 2 days per week temporary contract.

You will deliver engaging Early Years lessons, plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements, monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement, and maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments to support a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching within a Further Education college.
• Qualification: PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent.
• Degree or qualification in Early Years or related subject.
• Strong classroom management and ability to engage diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Early Years lessons to students of varying abilities.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress and assessments.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates learners.

Education
