Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is hiring a Duty Manager who will also function as a Retail Assistant in our Devizes store. The role is part-time with contracted hours 16 per week, offering a base rate of £11.60–£12.71 per hour and an additional £2.00 per hour when managing shifts.

You will lead store duties, focus on customer availability, drive sales, and support team development in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team on shift by being hands on to deliver a great store.
