Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a Duty Manager to join our team in East Grinstead. This part-time Retail Assistant role comes with a £2 per hour supplement when you run shifts and a base rate of £11.60–£12.71 per hour.

You will be responsible for delivering great customer service, managing shifts, and helping drive store performance while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues to deliver store tasks.
• Plans and organises shifts to maximise coverage.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance.
