Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a committed Duty Manager for Wrexham Food Warehouse on a part-time basis. The role includes leading shifts as a Retail Assistant and earning a £2 per hour supplement while managing store operations.

Responsibilities cover driving sales, maintaining great customer availability, supporting staff development, and upholding cash and security procedures while delivering strong service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit by ensuring availability and driving sales.
• Engage, develop & retain great people; support staff and foster inclusion.
