Iceland Foods Ltd. in Corby is hiring a Duty Manager who will also work as a Retail Assistant. The role carries a part-time contract with a salary of £11.60–£12.71 per hour, plus a £2 per hour supplement when managing shifts.

Contracted hours are 16. This is a store leadership position focused on customer service, stock availability and team performance. The successful candidate will support store operations, lead shifts, and ensure the best possible shopping experience for customers while

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
• Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.
