Role: Part-time Director of Advocacy/Policy (Islamic Legal Charity, Remote Working within the UK)

Location: Remote within the UK

Civitas Recruitment is working with a forthcoming non-profit organization focused on protecting and advancing the rights of Muslims across the UK. The role involves leading the organization’s vision and strategy, overseeing strategic litigation, and driving research and policy initiatives. The position is part-time, permanent, home-based within the UK, with meetings and events in London.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates should have senior leadership experience in legal, policy, or advocacy organizations, with a track record of strategic delivery and managing external partnerships. A strong understanding of UK legal and political issues affecting Muslim communities, including civil liberties, counter-terrorism, and discrimination, is essential.
