Job summary

Woodlands Care Home is seeking a Host to create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and visitors. The role involves front-line service, maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards, and coordinating with kitchen and care teams.

The position is part-time (33.25 hours per week) with a weekend on/off pattern, paid holiday and benefits in a supportive care environment in Aberdeen. PVG, pension and uniform are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day presentation and running of dining areas.
• Support residents and visitors while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and service.
• Prepare the dining environment and assist with serving refreshments and mealtimes.
• Work closely with the kitchen and care teams to create a positive, inclusive environment.
