Job summary

Heathland Court Care Home in London is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team. The role is permanent, part-time, 24 hours per week with alternate weekends, 8.00am to 2.00pm.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or willingness to train; training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a care-home setting.

Responsibilities

• Setting up tables in the restaurant
• Serving in the restaurant at mealtimes
• Preparing trays and providing room service to residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
• Ensuring that the restaurant and café are tidy and meet all high standards
• Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times
• You may also be asked to support other areas as required, such as serving meals to or removing trays from resident’s rooms, restocking resident’s personal kitchens or delivering refreshments.
