Co-op Group in Coventry is seeking Customer Team Members to join our busy store and deliver friendly, helpful service. The role is part-time with 12 hours per week plus regular overtime and a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekend work.

Training is provided and you may work in-store bakery, post office, or online order packing. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, promote Co-op membership, and support daily store operations while building relationships in the
