Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers and help put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, bakery area, and contribute to daily operations.
• Maintain shelves, check prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legality, monitor prices and temperatures where relevant.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
