Zusammenfassung

The Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members in our local store to deliver friendly, helpful service across the shop floor and bakery where applicable. The role offers part-time hours, a permanent contract, and paid training.

You will work 16 hours per week with regular overtime, shifts including early mornings and weekends, with eligibility for paid training. You’ll help stock shelves, assist customers, and promote Co-op membership while supporting daily store operations.

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, and in our in-store bakery, and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Make sure the store safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community
