Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members for our store in the UK. You will work in a fast-moving environment, delivering friendly service, stocking shelves, and supporting bakery/post office operations.

The role requires 12 hours per week with regular overtime, including weekend shifts, and a London-area allowance is included in pay. Full training will be provided, and you must be 18 or over due to early/late hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, helpful customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-moving store.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with bakery operations and post office/online order tasks where applicable.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and help maintain store standards.
