Qualifications

• No prior financial services experience required.
• Ability to build relationships quickly to deliver a great customer experience.
• Comfortable assisting customers face-to-face in a branch and guiding them through banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face support to customers in Kirkwall branch.
• Assist with everyday banking tasks and guide customers to use online/mobile banking.
• Promote and support use of digital services and connect customers with suitable products.
• Grow knowledge to potentially move to phone/online channels in the future.
