Job summary

Co-op Group in Derbyshire is looking for Customer Team Members to join our local store and help deliver friendly, helpful service to the community. You’ll work as part of a small team on the shop floor, tills, or post/bakery areas, contributing to daily store operations and customer satisfaction.

Full paid training is provided. You must be aged 18 or over and be able to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends. A supportive environment and membership benefits await.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to create a great shopping experience.
• Help maintain store performance by stocking shelves and checking prices and stock.
