Job summary

Europcar is seeking a Customer Service Returns Agent at Manchester Airport to join our vehicle returns team. You will deliver world-class service to customers at the start and end of their rental experience, in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include processing returns, maintaining vehicle damage standards, and ensuring accurate administration in line with operating procedures, while staying flexible with shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Full, valid clean driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Are you someone who enjoys customer facing roles and working as part of a diverse team?

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant at our Manchester Airport location to work as part of our vehicle returns team.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do.

You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process.

This will include working in our car parks to assist our customers at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.

Your previous experience should demonstrate your passion for service and a level headed approach to dealing with the daily challenges of a busy customer environment.

Ensure the continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of all KPIs in these areas.

Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.

Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
