Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Customer Service Returns Agent for our Manchester Airport location. You will support the returns process, assist customers in a fast-paced environment, and help ensure a world-class service at every stage of the rental experience.

The role requires a full clean driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience, strong communication, and teamwork. Flexibility to cover days, evenings and weekends is requested. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving licence is required.
• Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles promptly.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and vehicle handling.
• Achieve KPIs in customer service, vehicle damage, and processing times.
• Complete administration accurately per procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles according to procedures.
