Europcar Group UK Limited in Liverpool is seeking Rental Sales Agents to join our front desk team. You will provide a world-class customer service experience while selling our range of rental products and services to support the customer’s journey.

In a fast-paced environment you will meet targets, handle inquiries, manage administration and cash, and work as part of a supportive team. A valid driving licence is required and this role offers opportunities for career progression and employee

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence with at least 4 years' driving experience.
• Provide high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• Sell company services to achieve targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries professionally.
• Accurately complete rental administration and vehicle documentation.
• Responsible for cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety.

We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Liverpool location to work as part of our team on the front desk. You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service whilst offering our range of additional products and services to make their onward journey easier.
