Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Customer Service Returns Agent at Manchester Airport to join our vehicle returns team. You will provide world-class customer service at every stage of the rental process and handle car park interactions with customers.

The role requires a full, valid driving licence with at least four years of experience, excellent communication and teamwork, and flexibility to cover day, evening and weekend shifts. Training will be provided for car rental sales if desired.

Qualifications

• A full, valid driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
• Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including day, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and damage control.
• Meet KPIs related to customer service and vehicle handling.
• Complete administration accurately according to procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
