Europcar is seeking a Customer Service Returns Agent at Manchester Airport to join our vehicle returns team. You will deliver world-class service to customers at the start and end of their rental experience, in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include processing returns, maintaining vehicle damage standards, and ensuring accurate administration in line with operating procedures, while staying flexible with shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Full, valid clean driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer-facing service at every stage of the rental process.
• Assist customers in car parks at the start and end of their Europcar experience.
• Ensure administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
• Process workshop/returns-related tasks in an efficient manner.
