Job summary

Argos is hiring a Customer Advisor to help customers in-store and for online orders. You will assist on tills, at the collection counter, and on the shop floor, providing information about financial services where relevant and processing refunds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens, on the shop floor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products for customers, take payments, explain financial service options and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor to assist customers and support in the stock room when busy.
• Develop product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.
