Job summary

Argos is seeking friendly staff to deliver excellent customer service in a busy store environment. You’ll help customers on tills, at collection points and on the shop floor, advising on products and services while supporting in the stock area when needed.

Flexibility with shifts, including weekdays and weekends, is essential. This role offers opportunities to learn, develop and work with digital tools in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to assist customers on tills and collection desks with accuracy.
• Willingness to learn product details and promotions to advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on tills, website screens, and collection counter.
• Collect products from stock and process payments and refunds.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and in stock areas when needed.
• Develop product knowledge to offer informed recommendations.
