Job summary

Argos, part of the Sainsbury's Group, is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers in-store and at collection points. You’ll assist on tills, at the collection counter, and across the shop floor, helping customers choose products and guiding them through our services.

The role offers flexible, part-time shifts across weekdays and weekends with comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be above school-leaver age in the UK
• Right to Work in the UK
• Available for part-time shifts including weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience with excellent service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from stock area for customers, take payments, explain financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor to help customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to offer recommendations
