Job summary

Persimmon Homes in the UK is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. You’ll act as the essential link between homeowners, contractors, and internal teams, coordinating issue resolution with empathy, speed and professionalism.

You will manage queries across phone, email and portals, log interactions, schedule maintenance, and monitor progress to completion while upholding our high service standards and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership of the full customer journey and a drive to exceed targets.
• Calm under pressure with proactive problem-solving.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• IT literate and comfortable learning new systems (COINS advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for homeowners via phone, email, and portals.
• Own your portfolio and provide timely, informed updates to customers.
• Log interactions accurately in COINS and maintain records.
• Coordinate maintenance and contractor scheduling, tracking progress to completion.
• Conduct courtesy calls to monitor satisfaction and meet SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and internal teams.
• Attend site visits to support customers and operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality codes and support continuous improvement.
