Job summary

Coventry Building Society in Chepstow is looking for a friendly, helpful team member to support customers in a welcoming environment. This part-time role runs 8.45am–5pm on Mondays and Fridays with alternating Saturdays 8.45am–12.30pm, and focuses on delivering great service, handling cash accurately and processing customer details with care.

You’ll engage with a diverse range of people, stay up to date with our services and procedures, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Current experience in a customer focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre).
• Experience of interacting directly with customers and providing a great service on a daily basis.
• Good attention to detail with experience of processing customer details or data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deal with cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Answer telephone calls for the Customer Service area.
• Engage with a diverse range of customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Keep up to date with policies and procedures and administer customer data carefully.
