Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, shopfloor and collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial services, and process refunds.
• Assist customers on the shop floor, help in the stock room when needed, provide product recommendations.
• Build product knowledge on services and promotions to assist customers.
