Job summary

Compass Group UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time Catering Supervisor (30 hours per week) for a major High Street brand. You will oversee all catering and service operations, ensuring exceptional food and customer service across kitchens and counters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in catering, with experience managing teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent service
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams
