Marstep Resourcing Solutions is seeking a part-time Credit Controller in Milton Keynes. The role involves day-to-day sales ledger management, credit control, and cash allocation within the Finance team, with flexibility on hours.

You will chase overdue invoices, review aged debtors, prepare statements, and support month-end processes. The position offers a pro-rata salary of £32,000 per year for 20 hours per week.

Formación

• Experience in Credit Control, Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable.
• Confident chasing overdue payments by phone and email.
• Experience allocating customer receipts and maintaining customer accounts.
• Understanding of aged debtors, payment terms and credit control processes.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at different levels.
• Organise and prioritise workload independently.

Responsabilidades

• Credit Control & Debt Collection: Chase payments, manage aged debtors, review and escalate where needed, maintain relationships.
• Daily Banking & Cash Allocation: Post receipts, allocate to invoices, investigate discrepancies and keep accounts up to date.
• Customer Statements & Account Management: Prepare/send statements, respond to queries, reconcile differences and maintain master data.
• Wider Finance Support: Cover team during holidays, assist with transactional activities and month-end processes.
