Qualifications

• Experience as Credit Controller or in accounts receivable.
• Strong communication, numeracy and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Sage 50 and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively chase overdue payments by phone, email, and letter.
• Maintain accurate credit control records and resolve billing queries.
• Ensure customer purchase orders are valid prior to invoicing.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
