Job summary

Confidential in Milton Keynes is looking for a Part Time Credit Controller to manage the day-to-day sales ledger, ensuring accurate receipts and proactive debt collection. The role is 20 hours per week, pro-rata, with a salary of £32,000 per annum.

You will chase overdue payments by phone and email, maintain customer accounts, run aged debtor reports and support the wider Finance team during month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable.
• Confident chasing overdue payments by phone and email.
• Experience allocating receipts and maintaining customer accounts.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively chase customers for payment by telephone and email.
• Manage aged debtor ledger and prioritise overdue accounts.
• Run and review aged debtor reports and take required actions.
• Post and allocate customer receipts to invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain data accuracy.
• Support Finance team and month-end activities.
