Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom cover across a range of subjects.
• Supervise students completing work set by absent teachers.
• Support large-scale study sessions and independent learning environments.
• Promote positive behaviour and uphold high standards of conduct.
• Monitor student attendance, engagement and progress during cover sessions.
• Work with Senior Leaders, teaching staff and pastoral teams to support student success.
• Uphold safeguarding, behaviour and attendance expectations.
