Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking a dedicated Qualified Cover Teacher to join our network of secondary schools across Spalding and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality teaching and continuity of learning, delivering pre-planned lessons when needed and adapting to different schools and year groups.

You will be organised, approachable and capable of quickly establishing positive relationships with pupils aged 11–16, while maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour and

Qualifications

QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in a secondary school.
Strong classroom management to maintain a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication with pupils and staff.
Willingness to obtain/enhance DBS check.
Flexible and adaptable to different schools and year groups.

Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons across various secondary subjects.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.
Support pupil progress and continuity of learning.
Build positive relationships with students and staff across schools.
