Job summary

Mount Charles Group in Bangor is recruiting a Cook to join our team based at Millbrook Court. You will help ensure smooth kitchen operations, assist with planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of meals to the highest standards, and support day-to-day food service in a world-leading facilities management environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, hold Food Hygiene Level 3, and be flexible to work alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 required.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in smooth kitchen operations and maintain high food quality.
• Plan, prepare, cook and present meals to high standards.
• Follow stock control procedures and ordering.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security regulations.
• Update HACCP records.
• Ensure storage areas are secure and clean.
• Support Unit Manager with reasonable requests.
