Job summary

Mount Charles Group is seeking a Cook for our Bangor kitchen at Millbrook Court. The role supports the smooth operation, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Available to work alternate weekends.
• Experience in a similar kitchen role.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in smooth kitchen operation and maintain quality of food.
• Plan, prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards.
• Ensure stock control procedures are followed and HACCP records updated.
• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen in line with health and safety policies.
• Support the Unit Manager with any reasonable requests.
