Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a part-time Enabling Support Worker to join the Shaftesbury Springbank team in Conwy and Denbighshire. You will provide in-home support guided by each person’s plan, maintain records, and assist with personal care. Sleep-ins are included with additional pay as required.

Job description

This part-time Enabling Support Worker post sits at Shaftesbury Springbank, within the group's Supported Living services in Conwy and Denbighshire. The work is about giving support and encouragement in people's own homes, guided by each person's support plan and their own direction. Hours are 15 a week, with sleep-in sessions to cover at extra pay, and support runs 24 hours a day across the service. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
