Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Community Nursing Lead to work with our Gloucester Integrated Community Team. The role involves clinical leadership, supervising a nursing team, and enhancing service quality within the community setting.

You will engage with partners across Health & Social care, maintain standards through data and audits, and build strong stakeholder relationships to advance community nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and manage a community nursing team, delivering direct and indirect patient care.
• Apply clinical operational experience to maintain and improve quality, monitor standards using data, audits and reports.
• Identify service development opportunities in collaboration with Health & Social care partners and community networks.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote community nursing services.
