Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Community Nurse to take on a Clinical Lead role within the Community Nursing Teams. You will provide clinical leadership, professional judgement, and act as a role model, leading and developing a team delivering complex, housebound care.

You will oversee caseload management, supervision, staff development, recruitment, and drive quality improvement while working with GPs, care homes, and wider partners to achieve outstanding

Qualifications

• Experienced Community Nurse providing clinical leadership within a PCN.
• Ability to lead caseload management and promote professional development via supervision and training.
• Knowledge of governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
