Job summary

Confidential is recruiting a Part-time Client Sales Executive to join a friendly team on a farm location near Chilham. Flexible hours (20–30 per week) across 3–5 days, with a 30,000 GBP annual FTE, pro-rated to the hours worked plus monthly service bonuses and annual profit bonuses.

The role focuses on warming existing and lapsed clients, outbound calls to decision-makers, follow-up emails, and leveraging LinkedIn for connections.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience with a focus on relationship-building.
• Understanding of marketing principles and sales processes.
• Proactive, able to make outbound calls and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Make warm outbound calls to existing and lapsed clients to build rapport.
• Follow up with templated or personalised emails to maintain engagement.
• Reach out to existing clients (approx. 700) to introduce yourself and foster value.
• Utilise LinkedIn to build connections.
• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and discuss future bookings.
• Cultivate relationships and seek referrals.
• Conduct competitor research within the industry.
• Collaborate with Marketing to suggest templates and Canva documents.
