Job summary

Staff Partners in Harlow is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Executive to join a growing business. The role blends sales, account management and customer service, with flexibility and a friendly, entrepreneurial environment.

You will identify new opportunities, contact clients, manage the sales process, build relationships and support key accounts, while delivering excellent service across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or account management.
• A strong track record of generating and closing new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and prospective clients.
• A positive, resilient and target-driven approach.
• Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• E-commerce experience would be desirable but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Proactively contact prospective clients by telephone and email.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to conversion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and grow existing key accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, returns and complaints.
• Promote products and services to new and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
• Research new markets and identify potential opportunities.
