Mount Charles Group is seeking a customer-focused cleaner for a part-time role in Magherafelt. You will deliver high-quality cleaning across offices and facilities to client specifications while maintaining a safe, tidy environment.

Hours are 20 per week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am–1:30pm. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, professional customer service approach. Training and company benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Current BICS Qualifications.
• Basic statutory training to understand safety and work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Providing the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with client specifications.
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to customer requirements and carrying out duties professionally.
• Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide.
• Ensuring stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
• Carrying out regular checks on equipment and machines used; reporting defects.
• Maintaining clean and safe working environment and following company procedures and regulations.
• Participating in Health and Safety policy and reporting hazards to Line Manager.
• Ensuring all offices and amenity areas are presented clean and tidy.
• Complying with Health, Safety & Hygiene standards and HACCP regulations as required.
