Job summary

Mount Charles Group is seeking a part-time Cleaning Assistant in Derry/Londonderry to deliver high standards of cleaning across offices and facilities. You will work 11.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 12:45pm, within a family-oriented business that values its people.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to health and safety policies, with benefits including pension and leave. Prior cleaning or customer service experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and reliability required.
• Basic reading and communication skills to understand safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cleaning services in your area per client specifications.
• Respond politely and promptly to customer requirements.
• Clean offices, meeting rooms, toilets, laboratories and amenity areas site-wide.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is maintained.
• Report defects to the Line Manager and follow company procedures.
• Participate in Health and Safety policy and report hazards to Line Manager.
• Keep all offices and amenity areas clean and tidy.
